No, you don’t need to be present while we clean your rug. Many customers feel perfectly comfortable leaving our cleaning professionals unattended while they work or run errands.
We also meet with you when we arrive or you’re welcome to have a neighbour, friend or relative give entry on your behalf. Talk to us and we are happy to find what works best for you.
Do I Have To Move Any Furniture Before You Arrive?
Yes, if the rug is under any furniture we ask that you remove all furniture and other items before we get there.

Are Rugs Different From Carpets?
Yes, rugs refer to an unsecured floor covering that does not extend across the entire room which is different to carpet (wall-to-wall carpeting) that covers the entire floor. We use different products for cleaning rugs compared to carpet cleaning products.
Is It An Upfront Payment For Your Rug Cleaning Services?
If you are present on site we can take payment after we finish the job. Otherwise if you will not be present we will need payment upfront.
