Do I Need To Do Anything Prior To You Arriving For My Scheduled Service?
Yes please remove furniture from the tiles so we can cover maximum area. Also pick up any items on the floor, such as rugs, plants and trash cans, as well as sweep or vacuum the area to be cleaned.
When Will I Be Able To Walk On My Floors After A Tile And Grout Cleaning?
After the pressure cleaning job is complete stay off of freshly cleaned tile floors for at least 20 minutes. Avoid getting any liquids on the floor for 24 hours
Will There Any Odour From The Treatment?
After the clean you may notice a faint scent. However this will disappear completely usually within an hour but varies depending on air circulation, heat and humidity.
Is It An Upfront Payment For Your Tile And Grout Services?
If you are present on site we can take payment after we finish the job. Otherwise if you will not be present we will need payment upfront.
